Meet Jordan Williams - Founder

Jordan Williams is the founder of JPW Collective and a seasoned operations and leadership professional with over a decade of experience in public safety and organizational management. A native of Las Vegas, she began her career with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department as a dispatcher and support technician, quickly advancing through analytical, executive, and leadership roles.
Jordan was hand-selected to support the Sheriff of Clark County, now Governor of Nevada, working directly with department leadership on critical incidents, strategic initiatives, and accountability efforts. She later served as Program Manager and Analyst in the Internal Affairs Bureau, where she rebuilt the early warning system and authored the department’s first annual accountability report.
Her career culminated as Emergency Operations Manager, overseeing the Communications Bureau with nearly 300 employees and a $48 million annual budget. In this role, Jordan led major staffing initiatives, developed long-term technology plans, and coordinated public safety operations for large-scale events, consistently improving efficiency, morale, and organizational stability.
Jordan brings this strategic, systems-focused approach to JPW Collective, helping business owners streamline operations, strengthen internal processes, and build sustainable growth.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Columbia College. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and her dogs. As a wife, mother, and business owner, she understands the value of balance, trust, and efficiency — principles that guide both her leadership and her work with clients.
